21 Day Challenge

Our 21 Day Challenge is perfect for those looking for a quick fix. Have you had a bad period of over indulging? Or are you preparing for a specific event? Maybe looking to get into a dress/outfit that currently doesn’t fit? Or perhaps you’re looking to fix current bad habits? Then this challenge is for you. This challenge is suitable for everyone and anyone, and can be completed individually or as a couple. Prices are broken down into Member prices, and non-Member prices and can be found on the registration form.

60 Day Transformation Challenge

Our 60 Day Transformation Challenge is the next step after our 21 Day Challenge and we strongly advise completing our 21 Day Challenge first before moving onto this 60 Day Challenge. That’s not to say you cannot do the Transformation Challenge if you haven’t done the 21 Day Challenge but it’s just our advice as you will be better prepared. This challenge is suitable for everyone and anyone, and can be completed individually or as a couple. Prices are broken down into Member prices, and non-Member prices and can be found on the registration form. We gather the foundations from the 21 Day Challenge and continue the journey on a much bigger scale developing a greater nutrition knowledge developing your Nutrition Plan into two 30 day stages focusing on lean muscle building and fat loss. Your Session attendance is also increased from 2 to 3 sessions a week. If you’re serious about seeing a greater result longer term and want to develop a greater knowledge on Nutrition and Exercise focusing of Lean Muscle Building and Fat loss then this transformation challenge is for you.
