Sessions can be booked at times and venues that are convenient to you, offering one to one training or group bookings at venues of your choice, as well as classes at set venues and times.
Fitness packages are available for your convenience, offering access to a wealth of knowledge and support from your personal trainer.

I am currently 8 weeks into my 12 week personal training plan with Next Level Fitness. I contacted Ben with a view to cutting body fat & increasing muscle definition and after an initial consultation, received a dietary plan tailored to my goals. Alongside the dietary plan and regular advice regarding nutrition and supplements, we have been doing a 1 hour personal training session and a half hour high intensity interval session, again tailored to my goals. Each session has been arranged at my own convenience at a location of my choice without any issues or hassle. The sessions are of a high quality and have made me achieve results above & beyond my initial expectations. I am currently feeling a lot healthier, a lot fitter & a lot stronger thanks to Next Level Fitness. Although some of you may know that i’ve been with ben for a long while now, but it really doesn’t take anything away from me really recognising the hard work him and joe put into their sessions. I attended the Monday and Wednesday evening sessions and although i found some of the exercises hard i was always supported and they both gave me the help and motivation that i needed! i went from doing absolutely no exercise at all to two classes a week and although my body ached all over after monday, doing the Wednesday class was the best thing i did because it can only get easier and less achey from now!! for anybody thinking of coming to any of the evening or morning classes or booking PT sessions bloody do it! it will be the best thing you’ve ever done! I feel fab already.
